I had been looking for a local peer group comprised of like-minded women who could both challenge and support me as an Integrator. The FIM group has been a great discovery for me! While this group is virtual, the members are engaged and willing to provide feedback 24/7. Because they are all dealing with the same type of issues, the input and advice is highly applicable. Being a consultant can sometimes be a lonely place, but not with the support of the FIM members.
