Jackie Kibler

Hi. I’m Jackie Kibler. I connect dots, rock boats, think boldly, and streamline sales and operational efficiencies so entrepreneurs can take their organizations to the next level. I have 30 years’ experience improving businesses, including managing a global sales team at a Fortune 500 company, coaching 60 CEOs, and creating a sales, recruiting, and retention strategy for a local business.

My ability to drive change stems from observing my parents, who were entrepreneurs, and from studying successful companies—all centered around people, process, and accountability. In 2015, I discovered the Entrepreneurial Operating System^® and realized how this proven process drives transformation in business when combined with discipline and accountability.

I am a Certified EOS Implementer helping CEOs get more from their businesses and personal lives. I know the EOS Model is the keystone to greater success.

Shea Peffly

Growing up in a structured military household as the daughter of a Marine, Shea learned early on the deep-rooted values of working hard and earning the trust and respect of others. These disciplines progressed Shea’s growth both personally and professionally resulting in career advancement from senior operations to executive leadership positions running multi-million-dollar companies. As a prior leader of executive teams and collecting over 26 years of entrepreneurial experiences, Shea understands the challenges and obstacles leaders encounter; she has sat in your seat.

Shea discovered EOS® in 2016 and upon hiring an Implementer, was accountable for re-teaching the tools and disciplines as the Integrator of her prior company. As EOS® delivered a tremendous game changing platform, Shea experienced first-hand VISION, TRACTION, HEALTHY as the shift occurred in her entrepreneurial company. As results were significant, the outcome inspired alignment with her executive leadership team creating healthy culture and prominent culmination. It was this traction that ignited Shea’s desire to contribute on a larger scale helping other entrepreneurial businesses experience this wonderful menagerie of gifts.

After being a client of an EOS® Implementer and having successfully implemented EOS® herself, Shea transitioned from her executive role and enjoys her work helping businesses as a full-time Professional EOS® Implementer. Currently running her own business on EOS® and sharing her real-life experiences, Shea devotes her time and energy helping entrepreneurial leaders have the tough conversations so they can get more of what they want from their businesses.

Renee Russo

Lesa Skipper

I grew up in an entrepreneurial home and where my father taught me to give more than expected in every situation – that advice has served me well. My personal entrepreneurial journey is rather unique in that it includes government, death, and taxes. Let’s just skip the government part and go straight my time in a leadership role at a funeral home and cemetery office where I learned that I have a real instinct for organizing chaos and a deep love for elevating teams.

Later I was recruited by a tax office to run their day to day operations – which I did for 14 years. Eleven years in, we hit a revenue and growth ceiling that we just could not punch through on our own. As part of the leadership team, we were introduced to Traction and professional implementation.

That implementation was transformative not only for the tax office – they are hitting their numbers and growing year over year – but transformative for me as well. I was able to reconnect with my love of elevating others. I decided to follow that passion full-time, which led me to start my own business as a Professional EOS® Implementer.

Gabby Matzdorff

Gabby is dedicated to working with Entrepreneurial Leaders to help them get more of what they want from their business.

With over 35 years of experience, Gabby is wired to drive business improvement, success and health. She has worked in public accounting, and in a wide variety of financial and business leadership roles from CFO in a large global insurance company to business leadership roles in entrepreneurial professional services firms.

Working as the CFO of a start-up company with a complex business model, stretched leadership team, and limited resources; Gabby became frustrated. The business was not achieving its desired growth or profitability. Teaming up with EOS^®, the team experienced the value of clarity of vision and focus in driving business results. Over the next 10 years the business grew to 400 employees and $50 million in revenue, and ultimately achieved a successful business exit.
Inspired by the value of the simple, practical approach, Gabby decided to pursue her passion to help other entrepreneurial leaders get what they want from their business and joined the EOS^® community as a Professional EOS Implementer.

Amanda Barkey

Amanda Barkey is a successful entrepreneur with over 13 years of experience in leadership and coaching as a small business owner; growing a thriving Soccer Shots business and a flourishing non profit all while managing a busy household with 5 children. Like most entrepreneurs, Amanda grew her business learning over and over from her mistakes as she went until she read Traction in 2014 and discovered EOS. It was a huge AHA moment and she realized there is a better and easier way to run your business. After implementing EOS, Amanda grew her Soccer Shots Orange County franchise to one of the highest grossing businesses in the country and her team has impacted thousands of families all over the world through her Soccer Shots business and nonprofit B7. Amanda is absolutely fanatical, obsessed and passionate about helping entrepreneurs increase and maximize their growth, stability, profit while spending less time drowning operations. She is living her EOS life; doing what you love with people you love, making a huge impact while being appropriately compensated with time for other passions and she is excited to help other people get what THEY want from Their businesses so that they can live THEIR EOS life! Amanda lives in Southern California with her husband, 5 children and their dog Happy.

Bobi Siembieda

An entrepreneur herself, Bobi has worked in, managed, serviced, run and grown entrepreneurial companies for 35+ years. In 1999, she co-founded Thatcher Technology Group, a software company that created a core SaaS platform for companies in the Direct Selling/Network Marketing industry. She became Thatcher’s president in 2002. Under her leadership, Thatcher became a strategic partner to leading companies like The Pampered Chef, whose growth from $40mm to $800mm in revenue in less than 10 years was built on solutions delivered by her team.

Naturally suited to the role of Integrator, Bobi has led large teams of people and managed budgets and schedules, leading to successful implementation of multimillion-dollar technology solutions. She has implemented solutions across multiple industries including Manufacturing, Distribution, Retail and Professional Services, while working with all levels of her customers’ organizations.

In addition to working with her clients and spending time with her family, Bobi serves as a mentor for Family Helping Families, an organization that provides apartments and volunteer mentors to homeless families working to reclaim their lives through education.

Rachel Lebowitz

I am a third-generation female entrepreneur.
Since the age of 10, the school bus dropped me off every day at my parents school supplies store. I helped out and punched a time card. By the age of 12 I asked for a raise and at 15 I convinced my parents to take their business on to amazon and helped them build their website. But the most interesting part was observing the employees when the boss wasn’t around.
Fast forward to 2015, my husband and I acquired a flexible packaging printing business. We were doing well but inevitably, with the rapid growth, we hit the ceiling. In 2018 we discovered EOS and implemented it into our business. We have since grown our business from 17-30 million in revenue and from 30 – 100 employees.
As a partner in business, I got a unique vantage point into the day-to-day stress and struggles of running a company.
Therefore, I am passionate about sharing those EOS tools we discovered, to help businesses like you, get more peace of mind and your life back, like we did!
