We are a peer group of female Integrators coming together in person to share our strategies and resources for you to take home that can be put into practice immediately. That’s because this is the only conference for leaders like you—a growing coalition of women Integrators who are executing on their business plan, keeping their teams together, and, quite frankly, getting sh*t done.
You’ll get to experience true Integrator support by meeting with others who are dealing with the same struggles and excited by the same things you are. Learn from more seasoned Integrators and EOS® companies as well!

Keynote Speaker: Cheri Kuhn
Cheri began her career as a teacher. She loved teaching, but couldn’t stomach the politics and bureaucracy that came with it. She created a commercial Real Estate business where she discovered her knack and passion for business. After running operations and marketing for her local hockey team, she landed in the Ops Seat of a small, struggling Entrepreneurial company.
Cheri and the owner’s complementary skill sets (she later learned she was the Integrator to his Visionary), quickly grew the business from 5-28 employees.
