What is Female Integrator Mastermind (FIM)?

When I began my career at BCR® Wealth Strategies, the leadership team requested I read Traction by Gino Wickman. As I was reading the book, I remember thinking, “Integrator? Did someone just write about my life? This is me! This is who I am!”

I was beyond thrilled to work for a company who GOT ME! Our Implementer loves to call me a “Kool-Aid drinker” because I dove in and learned everything I possibly could about the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®) and about being an Integrator.

I had the opportunity to attend the first Integrator Mastery Forum in Dallas with Mark Winters. What a blessing! I was so lucky to be in a room with 50 other Integrators sharing what was working at our companies with each other. I had a tiny thought of wishing there was a group of female Integrators to share ideas, perspectives and experiences.

Later the next year, I was fortunate to attend the first Conference for Companies Running on EOS in Atlanta and was amazed at how the EOS community comes together. The attendees were in a vast array of industries, yet we had a common ground and language. Again, I had this overwhelming desire to gather a group of Integrators so we could continue the EOS community long-term while growing personally and professionally.

After returning from the conference, my “tiny thought” turned in to a vision (which was extremely scary for a true Integrator – boy, do I have a newfound respect for my Visionary!); a vision of having a female Integrator group that continued this support for each other. I feel like I need a disclosure here: I have the utmost respect for our male counterparts, but there are times when, as women, we have a different set of challenges, and we need other women’s experiences and perspectives. I realized a group like this did not exist, so I reached out to several Integrators and Implementers I had met at the conferences, and we all agreed this was a vision we had to make a reality. Thus, Female Integrator Mastermind (FIM) was born.

As an organization who believes strongly in the EOS tools and disciplines, the FIM leadership team has a complete Vision/Traction Organizer (V/TO).   I am truly passionate about our purpose: cultivating the advancement of women leaders.  These carefully chosen words reflect our hope that we will have such a positive impact on each other as women leaders that it will overflow and influence women on our company teams, in our communities, and with our friends and family.

Our three uniques and core values reflect the strong desire we have to remain pure to the EOS system, while growing ourselves personally and professionally and propelling our companies forward.

ONE-OF-A-KIND         The first all-female peer group of Integrators who are dedicated to running companies using the tools and disciplines of EOS®.

EMPOWERMENT      The support and encouragement received empowers us to embrace our roles wholeheartedly, make bold decisions with confidence, and face challenges with perseverance.

IMPACT             Propel our companies toward their Vision by generating Traction through shared knowledge and insights.

FIM has grown leaps and bounds since the five founding members started a group chat to encourage, support, and celebrate with each other.  Every aspect of the community has been designed with an Integrator’s busy schedule in mind, which means members can be as involved as they desire.

We still have a group chat available to communicate with other members.  Members can post questions and receive immediate responses, share successes with others who “get” it, and engage in regularly posted activities.  We have a 90-minute virtual Learning Workshop once a month led by Integrators, Implementers, and industry experts.  We also host two in-person events annually!  We meet at the Conference for Companies Running on EOS for Cocktails and Connections. In addition, we have host an Annual FIM Women’s Summit!   This Summit is designed as an intimate event for female Integrators to learn from each other, leadership experts, and Implementers.  Our aim is that attendees will walk away with actionable items that will make a direct impact on their personal, professional, and company growth.

If you are interested in being a FIM member, please visit our website for details on all the benefits of membership and to fill-out a membership application.  If you have any questions or need assistance, please reach out to our membership team at membership@integratormastermind.com.
